LLOYD C. RINGO, 75, returned to his Heavenly Father on October 29, 2016.
No words can describe his love for his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a man of integrity and honesty and his word meant everything. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.
He retired from Ralston Purina where he was a faithful employee and served 30 years as a Union Steward.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Earl & Edna Ringo, and siblings, Murphy, James and Archie Ringo and Jean Tillett.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 53 years, Roxie (Ellison) Ringo; daughters, Carol Ringo Springer (Paul), Susan Ringo (Dan Johnson) and Angela Keown (Roma); grandchildren, Joey, Jennifer, Daniel, Austen, Dain, Cody, Angelica, Mit, Autumn and Sky; great grandchildren, Rachael, Ryan, Ava, Isaac, Shaely, Levi and Adaya; his brothers, Richard and Mike Ringo; and sister, Joan Cox.
Funeral services will be 12 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be from 2 – 8 p.m. Tuesday.
