CITRO- Of Revere, formerly of Chelsea, unexpectedly, October 21st. Devoted son of Guy Citro and his wife Kathleen Rappa of Chelsea and the late Elizabeth (Fronte) Citro. Beloved brother of Matthew and Michael Citro both of Chelsea. Cherished grandson of Romolo M. and Jennie G. Citro of Burlington. Nephew of Carmine Citro and his wife Kathleen of Saugus and Diane Tellis and her husband Peter of Wilmington. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Memorial Mass celebrated in Our Lady of Grace Church, 59 Nichols Street, Chelsea on Saturday, November 5th at 10:30 AM. Committal Services are private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association of to a charity of your choice.
Born in Boston and a resident of Chelsea for most of his life, Salvy passed away unexpectedly at home. A graduate of Our Lady of Grace School and Pope John High School, in his youth he was active in the Chelsea Youth Hockey program.
