Obituary

Lillian M. Brule, 65, of Pawtucket passed away peacefully with her family by her side Monday at Hope Hospice & Palliative Care in Providence.
Born in Providence and raised in Manville she was a daughter of Gaitan Brule of Woonsocket and the late Lea M. (Bilodeau) Brule.
Lillian was a receptionist and project worker for the ARC of Blackstone Valley for many years. Lilian lived life to its fullest and loved her cats and music especially Tony Orlando. She was an avid reader, particularly of romance novels, and also enjoyed crossword puzzles and game shows.
Lillian and her family are forever grateful to her fellow housemates and caregivers who she lived and worked with. They were truly her second family and occupy a special place in Lillian’s heart.
In addition to her father Gaitan Brule and his companion, Claire Roy, she is survived by a brother Normand Brule and his wife, Maddy, of Woonsocket, three sisters Deborah Thibodeau of Pawtucket, Denise Belisle and her husband, Arthur, of Cumberland and Janet Sawyer and her husband, Steve, of North Smithfield. She was the sister of the late Rose Mary Magano and her surviving husband Brian Magano of Tennessee and is also survived by several aunts and uncles and many nieces, nephews and cousins and their families.
Her funeral will be Friday at 10:00 am from the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave. Woonsocket followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. James Church, Division St. Manville. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are Thursday from 5-8 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to ARC of Blackstone Valley 500 Prospect St. Wing B Suite 203 Pawtucket, RI. 02860.
