Joseph Ichton age 78 of Salem, NH, died Wednesday at the Holy Family Hospital, Methuen, MA
He was born in Lawrence, MA, where he grew up and attended schools. He was a resident of Salem, NH for the past 40 years, formerly of Lawrence, MA.
Mr. Ichton was retired from Bolta Products a division of General Tire in Lawrence, MA He was a US Army veteran, serving in World War II. He attended St. Joseph Church in Salem, NH, and attended the VFW in Methuen, MA. He was a former member of the Arlington Club and the Bavarian Club in Lawrence, MA. He enjoyed traveling, day trips, and enjoyed sports.
He was predeceased by a brother and sister: Bruno Ichton & Mary Barry
He is survived by his Wife Anna V. (Vogler) Ichton of Salem, NH

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, August 13, 2005 at 10 AM at St. Joseph Church, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
Calling hours will be held Friday, August 12, 2005 from 4-7 PM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral home, 214 Main Street, Salem, NH.
