Woods and her husband Robert O. of Milwaukee, WI, and the late Kenneth Waier and his surviving wife Mary Jo of FL. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in The Holy Name Church at 10:00 am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Visitation in the funeral home on Friday morning from 9:00 to 9:30 am. Interment will take place in Milwaukee WI.
