Andrew Dean "Andy" Shultz, 60, of Anderson died on October 18, 2016 at Brookside Haven Nursing Home in Muncie.
He was born on May 2, 1956 in Anderson to Charles W. and Marilyn Lou (Starr) Shultz.
He worked at the Hopewell Center for 45 years. He enjoyed being involved with the Special Olympics, wrestling figurines, TV guides, eating spaghetti, watching movies and bowling
Survivors include his mother, Sandra Shultz of Anderson; 4 siblings, Douglas (Vickie) Shultz of Anderson, Joyce (Monte) Ulm of Pendleton, Rob Gross of Willow Branch, IN, and Jennifer (Rick) Brown of Anderson; Aunt, Judy (Bill) Asbury of Fishers; 4 uncles, Fred (Sharon) Starr of Alexandria, Richard (Karen) Isom and John (Pam) Isom all of Chesterfield and Phil (Donna) Isom of Anderson; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Charlie and Eva C. Shultz and Cecil and Mary Ann Isom; a grandmother, Mary Starr, and a brother, Gary Shultz

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 21, 2016 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Rev. John Hackney officiating. Burial will take place in Anderson Memorial Park
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016 from 12:00-2:00pm at the funeral home.
Memorial Contributions may be given to: Special Olympics or The Hopewell Center.
