Ovila H. R. Lizotte, 76, of Dartmouth died Monday, October 17, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital. He was the husband of JoAnn (Correia) Lizotte. Born in New Bedford, he was the son of the late Joseph O. and Emelia (Depault) Lizotte. Mr. Lizotte was a Communicant of St. George Church, Westport. A veteran of the Vietnam War, he served his country in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed reading and watching sports on TV.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Friday, October 21, 2016 from the Potter Funeral Home, 81 Reed Rd., Westport at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. George Church, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
Calling hours Thursday from 5 - 7 P.M.
Interment in Sacred Heart Cemetery, New Bedford.
