GENEVICH, HELEN C (Gedraitis) 94, of South Boston passed away on October 17, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Peter Genevich. Cherished mother of Peter Genevich and his wife Mary Ellen of Plymouth, Joseph Genevich of Dorchester and the late Ellen Caroll and her late husband Fred of Scituate. Survived by her sister Millie Bernatonis of South Boston and brother John Gedraitis of Arlington Heights, IL. Sister of the late Al, Joseph and Louis Gedraitis. Grandmother of Lisa, Christine, Emily and Lauren. “Nana the Great” to Cole, Emma, Maggie and Jake. Helen is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Visiting hours will be held at the Casper Funeral Home located at 187 Dorchester Street in South Boston on Friday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter Lithuanian Church in South Boston on Saturday at 9:30 AM followed by interment at Blue Hill Cemetery.
