Mary G. (Quill) Carr 94, of Natick, died Thursday, October 13, 2016 at the Beaumont Rehabilitation Center in Natick.
She was the beloved wife of the late John Keville Carr.
Born in East Bridgewater MA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sarah (Kelly) Quill.
Mary grew up Charlestown where she met the love of her life, John "Kev" Carr Together they raised six children in Natick, their adopted hometown. She and her "Kev" enjoyed travel, but most of all they enjoyed the traditional Irish family get-togethers that included music and dance.
She is survived by five children: Michael Carr and his wife Suzanne of Natick, Kathleen Mulkerron and her husband Paul of Natick, Kevin Carr and his wife Charlotte of Upton, Christopher Carr of Natick, Bridget Carr of Natick, and her daughter-in-law, Michelle Carr of Natick. Mary also leaves sixteen grandchildren: Jacqueline Carr, Brendan Carr and his wife Heather, Matthew and his wife Rebecca Carr, Meredith Coakley and her husband Robert, Tara Mulkerron, Mark Mulkerron, Kieran Carr and his wife Kristen, Meaghan Carr and her husband Derek Payton, Colin Carr, Chloe Carr, Sean Carr, Christina Flutie and her husband Brett , Shannon Carr, Andrew Carr, Lindsey Finerty, Teddy Finerty and Kevin Finerty; fourteen great-grandchildren, and many dear in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was also the mother of the late Thomas A. Carr.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral on Monday, October 17 at 9:00 A.M. from the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, at Natick Common, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St Patrick’s Church at 10:00 a.m.
Visiting hours are at the Everett Funeral Home on Sunday, October 16 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M.
