NORTH CAROLINA — Hubert St. Pierre, age 93 years of New Bedford, passed away peacefully in North Carolina on Sept. 22nd, 2016, where he had moved to be near his daughters.
He was the son of the late Jean B. and Exilla (Ouillette) St. Pierre and husband of the late June (Lester) St. Pierre who passed away in Feb. of this year after 67 years of marriage.
Hubert was formally employed by Morse Twist Drill Co., Gulf Hill Dairy and Acushnet Co. He enjoyed stamp collecting, cribbage, bingo and wood working He was a great self taught carpenter and could fix anything.
Survivors are a son Paul and his wife Marcia, his daughters Carol Ann and David Forbes and Debra and Richard Rizzardini, eleven grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
