BOSCAWEN - Rebecca R. Boudreau, 76, of 325 Daniel Webster Highway, died peacefully on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Merrimack County Nursing Home in Boscawen.
She was born on September 12, 1940 in Rochester, New York, the daughter of the late Walter and Ada (Marshall) Slifer. She was a 1963 graduate of Columbia University. Rebecca worked as a Registered Nurse, primarily serving as a patient home care provider for Community Health and Hospice for many years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Laconia where she served as a CCD teacher and a Eucharistic Minister. Rebecca also volunteered for the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
She is survived by her two sons; John Upton and his wife Renee of Minneapolis, MN and Mark Upton of Kansas, three daughters; Mary Breton and her husband Dan of Gilford, Sara Perkins and her husband Dan of Loudon and Jennifer Boudreau of Manchester, one step son, Michael Boudreau of Laconia, four step daughters; Linda Marcoux , Michelle Hubbard, Adrien Kreader and April Houle, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Adrian M. Boudreau in 1994.
There will be no calling hours.
A graveside service will be held at 1PM on Monday, October 17, 2016 at Beech Grove Cemetery in Gilmanton.
