Teresa DeAndrade (89) died October 12th in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Marcos V. Fontes.
She was born in Mosterios, Fogo, Cabo Verde daughter of the late Candido and Margarida DeAndrade. Teresa enjoyed dancing, keeping a clean house and was known for her thrifty ways.
In addition to her husband she is survived by 3 sons, Pedro Fontes of Portugal, Candido and Manuel Fontes both of Brockton, a daughter Rosalia Rodrigues of Brockton, 16 grand and 14 great grandchildren, 1 sister Maria DeAndrade of Fogo, Cabo Verde.
Funeral Services from the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Tuesday October 18th at 9 am followed by a Funeral Service in the Nova Allianca Church 38 Mystic Street Brockton at 10 am. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation Monday October 17th from 5-9 pm.
