CUMMINGS, Thomas J. 78, of Sudbury, formerly of Wellesley died Wednesday, October 5, at home with his family. Beloved husband of the recently departed Geraldine Cummings to whom he was married for 53 years.
He graduated from Wellesley High School in 1956, earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Boston College, a Master of Business from Babson College, served as Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and accepted into the Massachusetts Bar in 1977.
Loving Father of Deirdre Cummings Campbell and her husband Peter, Tom Cummings and Gina, and Maeve Hale and her husband Robert all of Maynard. Cherished grandmother of Maura and Katie Campbell, Conor and Garvey Cummings, and Owen and Devon Hale. Dear brother of MaryEllen Laak of Falmouth, Paul Cummings Sr. of West Springfield, twin sister Elizabeth Barrett (Falmouth), and the late Francis Cummings of Wellesley. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Mass in St. John the Evangelist Church, 9 Glen Rd., Wellesley Hills, Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment in Holyhood Cemetery, Brookline.
