Warner, Virginia Mae (Burkhead), 90, passed away October 3, 2016 in Louisville.
She was born to Clarence and Margaret (Downs) Burkhead.
Virginia was a member of St. Clemons Catholic Church, and a KY Colonel.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Malcolm; two daughters, Donna Decker, and Rebecca Dulaney; and a great-grand daughter, Jessica Greenwell.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Larry E. Warner (Kathleen), 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and two sisters, Martha Winders, and Carolyn Dunn.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 6:00PM at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.
Burial will be Friday at 11:30AM at Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation is Thursday 3:00-8:00PM.
