Chere Anne Carlson, age 45 of Lakeville MA, passed away September 27, 2016 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital surrounded by loved ones. Daughter of Edward and JoyceAnne (Densmore) Carlson of Halifax, MA. Loving Mother of Joshua and Tyler Tomasello of Kingston, MA. Loving Grandmother of Peyton Tomasello of Plymouth, MA. Fiancee of Eric DaSilva of Lakeville, MA. She is survived by her sisters, nieces and nephews. She loved her family, canoeing down the Saco River and her dog Buster. She will be sadly missed and will live in our hearts forever. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, October 5, from 4-8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St (rt. 106) Kingston. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, October 6 at 9:00 AM at St. Joseph's Church, 270 Main St Kingston. Interment will be at the Halifax Central Cemetary, 60 Hemlock Ln. Halifax.
