Paul E. Begin passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on Friday. He was 60. Raised in Danvers, he graduated Danvers High School and attended Northeastern University and Salem State College, where he earned his degree. The son of the late Philip J. and Corrine A (Roberts) Begin, he resided in Medford for 26 years. Paul worked as an Electrical Mechanical Technician with Methods Machines in Sudbury. He was devoted to his wife and family and enjoyed music and playing the guitar. He enjoyed working on his home and loved working in the yard and keeping up his garden. He especially enjoyed time with his son and watching his talent develop on stage in theater.
Paul leaves his wife, Donna (Gedrimas) Begin and his son Daniel Begin. He leaves his brothers: Phil, Richard, Ken, Stephen, Jack and Bill Begin and his sisters-in-law Cheryl Rath, Laura Collier and Lynn Collier. Paul is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may visit at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St. Medford, Thursday from 4 – 8 PM and again on Friday morning, October 7th at 9 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery.
