Billie Lee Saxon, 89, of Anderson passed away September 29, 2016 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital after a brief illness.
He was born on July 21, 1927 in Anderson, the son of William Waldon and Orpha Arlena (Campbell) Saxon.
Billie was a WW II Marine Veteran and was the owner/operator of Saxon Olds-Cadillac in Anderson for many years. He was active through the years with the Shrine Club, American Legion, Masonic Lodge and Murat Shrine.
He is survived by his children; Michele (husband Frank) Amos of Anderson, Kristopher W. Saxon of Pendleton, and Jocelin Saxon Lamar of Indianapolis, and his grandchildren; Austin Amos of Sacramento, CA, and Abbey Amos of Carroll, Iowa.
Private family services will be conducted at the Marion National Cemetery.
