Janice S. (Philbrick) Theriault age 57 of Methuen, MA, died Sept. 20th at Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA.
Janice was born in Melrose, MA, the daughter of the late Burton and Katherine (MacGillvary) Philbrick. She grew up and was educated in Wakefield, MA. She was a resident of Methuen since 2002, formerly of Skowhegan, ME.
Janice was a homemaker. She also worked at Target at the Loop in Methuen. She enjoyed cooking, baking, Facebook, and spending time with her family and friends.
She also loved watching the Patriots as well as the Boston Bruins.
She is survived by her husband: Thomas Theriault of Methuen, MA
Daughter: Melanie and her husband Brian Swenson of Methuen
Granddaughter: Aaliyah Swenson of Methuen
Siblings: David and his wife Delia Philbrick of Kannapolis, NC, Ellen and her husband Rick Gynan of Seabrook, NH, and Ronnie and his wife Corrine Philbrick of Oxford, ME

A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday October 15th starting at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Parish 9 Sparhawk St. Amesbury, MA.
Calling hours will be held in the church starting at 9:00 AM with the service to follow.
