Francis “Frank” R. Shore, 73, of Walpole died September 26 in Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, West Roxbury. He was the husband of the late Diane (Sheehan) Shore.
Born in Norwood, May 19, 1943, the son of the late Francis H. and Yvette G. (Castonguay) Shore. Mr. Shore was raised in Walpole and lived in Norwood for many years before returning to Walpole in 1994.
Frank was the owner of Wallpaper Coverings Etc. for many years.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Hyde Park.
He is survived by his children, Lisa Paine of Attleboro, Susan Saporoschetz of Hopkinton, Kelly Bohannon of Attleboro, Tracy Davis of Attleboro, Marc Shore of West Roxbury,Brian Shore of Norwood and Greg Shore of Dedham. He was the father of the late Andrea Shore.
He is also survived by his brother Stephen Shore of St. Johnsbury, Vermont and 15 grandchildren.
His funeral service will be held on Friday, September 30 in the Ginley Funeral Home, 892 Main Street, Walpole at 7:00 p.m.
Burial will be private.
Visitation will be on Friday from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
