Skaggs, Tommy Lee, 59, passed away September 24, 2016 in Louisville.
He was born to Coakley D. Skaggs and Annita L. (Moore) Allen.
Tommy was Chief Engineer for Kindred Health Care, and a member of the NRA. Was an avid pursuer of his Genealogy, and he treasured his private time at his country property, where he refurbished an old barn as his retreat – his Shangri-La.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 30 years, Janell (Seers); his children, Brian Lee, and Ryan Alan Skaggs; one grandson, Jackson Henry Lee Skaggs; his mother, Annita, and step-father, David R. Allen; a brother, Tony Dean Skaggs (Debra); and a sister, Sherri Neal (Don). Funeral services will be Thursday at 12:00PM at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial will be in Corinth Baptist Cemetery in LaRue County. Visitation is Wednesday 2:00-8:00PM.
