Christopher Charles Rubow, age 25 of Gainesville Florida, passed away Friday 9/16/16 in Gainesville.
Christopher spent the first 16 years of his life with his family in Ossining, NY. He began his college career at 16. Christopher graduated from Binghamton University with his Bachelors in Psychology; Vanderbilt University with his Masters in Special Education; and will posthumously receive his Doctorate in Psychology, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of Florida. His first research paper has been accepted for publication in a premier journal. His research will be used for many years.
Christopher loved family get togethers, was a talented musician, a lover of nature and children, and had a giving, gentle soul. He will be dearly missed by his mother Emily Rubow, father Roger Rubow, Brothers- Victor and Spencer Rubow, his 3 grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, and friends and colleagues. A memorial gathering will take place on Saturday 10/1/16 at St. Ann's Church, 25 Eastern Ave., Ossining, NY, between the hours of 9:30-10:45, with a mass to follow at 10:45.
