William Myron Coburn, of Hampstead, NH, 98, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2016. William was born on January 11, 1918 in Norwood, MA, a son of the late Stuart and Ruth (Dukett) Coburn. He retired from New England Power and then along with his wife, Helen they traveled the country in their RV.
He is survived by, two daughters, Cindy Theodoras of Dover, NH, Susan Brown and her husband Terry, of Waxahachie, TX, a son, William Coburn and his wife, Joan, of Gilford, NH, three grandchildren, Anne Marie Best, Christina Spang and Jordan Brown and two great-grandchildren, Gabriella Spang and Hannah Best. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his loving wife, Helen O. (Glazier) Coburn of 67 years and his son-in-law, Spero Theodoras.
Following cremation a private graveside service will be held at Cousins Island Cemetery, Yarmouth, ME. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry, NH is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
