Marianne (O’Donnell) MacEachen, of Taunton, formerly of Norwood and Mission Hill, died August 2, 2005 in Pensacola, Fl, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was 46. She was born in Boston and was the daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy (Glynn) O’Donnell. Marianne had lived in Taunton for the past 20 years raising her children and running the family home.
Marianne is survived by her two children, Jennifer A. MacEachen and John R. MacEachen both of Taunton. She also leaves three sisters, Carol A. Felton of West Roxbury, Rosemary Reynolds of Westwood, and Nancy A. Minahan of East Taunton, and one brother, Robert J. O’Donnell of Roslindale. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Her funeral will be held from the P.E. Murray-George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 2000 Centre St. West Roxbury, on Monday at 10:00 am. Followed by a funeral mass in the Holy Name Church, West Roxbury, at 11:00 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 4-8 pm. Burial will take place in Mt. Benedict Cemetery, West Roxbury. Expressions of Sympathy may be made in Marianne’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
