Obituary

Primo Gentili, 94 of Natick died Monday, September 19, 2016 at the Cornerstone Assisted Living Center in Milford.

He was the beloved husband of the late Leontina “Lil” (Anniballi) Gentili who died in 2013 sharing 68 years of marriage.

A Natick resident for 64 years, he was born in Italy the son of the late Ernesto and Adele (Pawolina) Gentili.

Mr. Gentili was an Assembly Line Inspector employed with the General Motors Corporation in Framingham for thirty years retiring in 1979.

He loved summers with Lil and family in South Yarmouth, and enjoyed boating and fishing out of Wellfleet harbor, and also became a painter in his retired years.

Mr. Gentili obtained his Pilot’s License, and was a member of the Natick AMVETS, Natick VFW and was a member of the former Sub Alpino Club of Natick.

Mr. Gentili was a proud Veteran of the United States Army Air Corps.

He is survived by two sons Lawrence Gentili and his wife Patricia of Millis, Anthony L. Gentili and his wife Janet of Thompson, CT, one brother Dino Gentili of Framingham, and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral on Friday, September 23rd at 11:00 A.M. from the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick Common, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Patrick’s Church at 12:00 Noon.

Visiting hours are Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M.
