TAUNTON - Stephen M. Botelho, Jr., 32, passed suddenly on Wednesday, September 14, 2016.
Stephen was raised in Berkeley, alum of Bristol Plymouth Vocational Technical High School, and graduate of Johnson and Wales University. He was a member of the Carpenter's Union Local 1305.
He is survived by wife Brittany Gantt Botelho and sons Riley M. and Wyatt J. of Taunton, parents Stephen M. Botelho, Sr. and Lisa Cayton Botelho of Berkeley, sister Nicole Botelho and nephew Maddox Botelho of Swansea, grandmother Avis White Cayton, late grandfather Edward Cayton, late grandparents Lionel and Virginia Botelho, mother-in-law Janice Quinlan and sister-in-law Heather Hill of Brockton, brother-in-law Nicholas Gantt of Los Angeles, and a large family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Stephen also leaves behind a brotherhood of friends.
Stephen's infectious laugh and contagious smile was known by all he met. He loved fishing with his dad, cutting wood with his son, Riley, and stories around the fire-pit with friends and family.
His funeral will be held from the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, Taunton on Wednesday, September 21st at 11:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
Calling hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 20th from 4 to 7 p.m.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
