Preceded in death by parents Elaine and John “Jack” Alger; nephew Georgie; Smokey, Kitty and Pasha.
Survived by his two faithful companions Butter and Chubs; daughters Angela (Dave) Alwin, Tami, Melissa Wolter, Jade (Matt) Berger, Tiffiny (Shane) Huesmann and Brittiny Payne; son Mike; 14 grandchildren Matt, McKenzie, Corvell, Dakota, Tyler, Zach, Keona, Isaiah, Gracie, K’Leigh, Ethan, Elijah, Honor and Bella; sisters Ginger (Arnie) Wirtz, Nancy Blanchard, Denise Pariseau, Gail (Craig) Hagen; brother Gary (Pat); special friends Bill, Dottie, Janeen and Barb.
He will be deeply missed by these, as well as many other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held Monday, September 26, 2016 at 11:00 AM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, with a gathering one hour prior to service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) and the American Diabetes Association (ADA).
