Wayne Whitehouse, Sr, 73, passed away Monday, September 12, 2016, at his home in Shepherdsville. He was born to Ollie K. and Dorothy A. Whitehouse on January 13, 1943. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 33 years, Donna; children, Stephanie Napper (Larry) and Wayne Whitehouse, Jr. (Belinda); stepchildren, John Hart (Suzanne) and Starla Lagenour (Colby); grandchildren, Kyle, Nathan, Emma; step grandchildren, Bridgette, Mitchell, Andrew, Autumn; and 3 step grandchildren; one sister, Janet Whitehouse Rose; nieces and nephews and his beloved dog "Hot Shot". He graduated from Shawnee High School in 1961 and retired from Zeon Chemical Company. His visitation will be 1pm to 8pm Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with his funeral at 12pm on Friday, with a private burial at Resthaven Cemetery.
