Obituary


Brayan Raul Sanchez, age 21 and a lifelong resident of Prosser, entered into rest on September 10, 2016 as the result of an automobile accident. He was born on April 23, 1995 to Abraham Saul Sanchez and Elvira Leticia (Hernandez) Sanchez in Prosser where he was raised and educated. He graduated from Prosser High School in 2015 where he participated in soccer and wrestling. Brayan worked for Wycoff Farms until going to work for Olsen Brother’s Hop Ranch. He enjoyed listening to music, playing video games and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Most of all, Brayan, enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, especially with his twin brother, Gerardo, with whom he was inseparable. He was kind, respectful, shy and loving young man who will be deeply missed.

Brayan is survived by his parents, Abraham and Elvira Sanchez; his twin brother, Gerardo Sanchez and brother, Alan Sanchez; his sisters, Carla Sanchez, Isabel Sanchez and Faviola Sanchez all of Prosser. He is also survived by his grandparents, Conrado Hernandez and Juana Martinez of Prosser and Camilo Sanchez of Mexico; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Isabel Salazar.

Visitation is scheduled for Monday, September 19th from 2:30 until 9:00 PM at Prosser Funeral Home, Recitation of the Rosary will begin at 7:30 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Prosser.
