Phillip E. "Winkie the Crabber" Fain, 63, of Nassauville passed away Wednesday morning, September 7, 2016.
He was born November 9, 1952 in Marietta, GA and moved to the Nassauville area of Fernandina Beach, FL 21 years ago. He was well known in the community where he was known as "Winkie the Crabber" and affectionately known to his children as Papa.
He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force.
Winkie was predeceased by his wife, Belinda "Sally" Jeffers; his parents Jack and Edith Fain and a brother, Jack Fain.
Survivors include his children, Myrtle Payne, Jonathan Garrison, Tiki Garrison; his sister, Suzie Bragg and three grandchildren Alora Barnes, Leah Moore and Tia Garrison.
