Paul Vernon Keeling, 78 of Cambridge, formerly of Harwich, MA and Indialantic, FL, passed peacefully at the West Roxbury VA, September 5, 2016 after a long illness. Mr. Keeling was predeceased by his parents Vernon Keeling and Mary Johnson, his brother, Ernest Harewood, and his sister, Joyce Milton. He is survived by his beloved sister, Patricia Gil, his children, Stephanie and Shawn, and his grandson, Demetrius. Paul was an avid fisherman, who loved nature and the outdoors. He also was well known as a creative artist, who enjoyed painting and sculpting. A U.S Veteran, he served in the US Navy for many years and will be deeply missed and forever loved. Visiting hours will be on Friday, September 9th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Casper Funeral Home, 187 Dorchester Street, Boston, and Graveside Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 9th at 2:15 PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
