SPRINGFIELD – Sandra J. Hardy, 68, of Springfield, was Called Safely Home on Sunday, September 4, 2016. She passed into Eternal Life at the Governor’s Center in Westfield surrounded by all the memories she loved and cherished. She was born in Pensacola, Florida on March 3, 1948, a beloved daughter of the late Lorette M. (Casey) Hardy. She graduated from the High School of Commerce in Springfield and later lived in Jessup, Georgia for many years. She previously was employed by the J. Polep Company in Chicopee. She leaves her loving daughters, Lauri A. Hardy and her husband, Clarence “Chuck” Dickey, of Springfield and Desiree A. Stone and Darren Owens of Indian Orchard; her ten cherished grandchildren, Robert Hardy, Serena, Darion, and Ayden Simmons, Yahna Dickey, Megan Dyches, Carlos Stone, and Luis, Michael and Jesenia Nazario; her cherished great-granddaughter, Saniyah Nazario; and her dear sister, Kathy Munford and her husband, Charles, of Jessup, GA.
