John J. “JD” Daniels III age 38 of Braintree, formerly of Canton passed away unexpectedly September 3rd at home. Born in Boston, he was raised in Canton and graduated from Canton High School Class of 1996 where he played on the football, basketball and baseball teams. JD went on to graduate from the University of Vermont Class of 2000 and worked as an Advertising Executive for Hill Holliday in Boston for the last 9 years. He loved spending time with his family and was a devoted uncle to his 3 nephews and JD took joy in working with the kids over the years at Camp Manitou in Maine as a Counselor. Beloved son of Cynthia A. (Foti) Daniels of Braintree and the late Jack Daniels. Loving brother of Julie A. Albert and her husband Chris of Canton, James A. Daniels of Brockton and Jillian A. Daniels of Braintree. Devoted uncle of Christopher, Colin and Dillon Albert of Canton. Nephew of Vincent and Anne Foti of Braintree. Also survived by his 4 legged best friend Brady and a huge circle of friends. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Thursday 4-8 pm. Funeral mass at St. John the Evangelist Church Canton Friday morning at 10:30. Burial St. Mary’s Cemetery, Randolph.
