Mary Alison (McNulty) Dennis passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 1, 2016. Born in Boston 95 years ago, Mary resided most of her life in Milton. She was a graduate of Milton High School. She was a former member of St. Mary of the Hills Ladies Sodality, she taught crafts and copper engraving in Milton and enjoyed making wreaths and baskets. Beloved wife of the late Walter A., Jr. Devoted mother of Walter J. Dennis and his wife Marianne of Pembroke, Alison Conant and her husband Bruce of Plympton, and the late Richard Dennis and Robert Dennis. Sister of Marie Kaseta of Plymouth and the late John McNulty, Bernard McNulty and Dorathy Price. Loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton, Tuesday morning, September 6, 2016 from 9 to 10:30AM. Funeral Mass at St. Mary of the Hills Church, Milton, Tuesday at 11:00AM. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham 01701-1800.
