Thelma M. (White) Ballard, 88 , passed away August 31,2016.
She was a member of Beechland Baptist Church.
Thelma was preceded in death by her husband James R. Ballard, daughter Chrissy Swift, sons Mike Ballard and Bernie Ballard.
Survived by children Ken Ballard (Gayle), Libby Jecker (Richard) and Joe Hank Ballard; 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, daughter-in-laws Carol and Brenda; son-in-law Arvil.
Funeral service Saturday Noon at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens (West).
Visitation Friday at 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
