Thompson, Robert D.,68, of Louisville passed away Monday, August 29, 2016.
Robert had retired after 32 years of service with Phillip Morris Tobacco Co. and was a U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ethel & Robert Thompson.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years Geri (Webb) Thompson; two children, Angie Greathouse (Chad) & Jason Thompson; two sisters, Patricia Thompson & Jeanette Davis (Ronnie); a brother, Jerry Thompson; six grandchildren, Chance, Kennadi, Cole, Bella, Paisley & Zoey; and many loving family members.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Friday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1:00 – 8:00 P.M. Thursday & after 10:00 A.M. Friday.
