Doris E. Huber, 86, of Derry, NH, passed away on Monday August 29, 2016, in Parkland Medical Center in Derry. She was born in Malden, MA on September 8, 1929, a daughter of the late Leopold and Abigail (Dean) Templehof. Doris held several jobs over the years but the job that brought her the most joy and fulfillment was being a homemaker. She took great pride in raising her family, caring for her husband and keeping up their home. She also enjoyed keeping up with current events and watching the news on TV.
She is survived by her two sons, Murray F. Huber Jr, of Derry, and Kevin W. Huber and his wife Leslie of Haverhill, MA; eight grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, one sister Louise Reed of PA, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 43 years Murray F. Huber Sr in 2002 as well as three of her siblings.
Calling hours were held on Friday, September 2, 2016 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry. Funeral services were held on Saturday at 10:00 am in the funeral home. The burial followed in Forest Hill Cemetery in E. Derry.
