Hallisey, Joseph P., Jr., age 75, passed peacefully in the company of his loving family on Sunday, August 28th. Born and raised in Quincy, he had resided in Braintree for the past 50 years. Mr Hallisey graduated from Archbishop Williams High School and Northeastern University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. The former President and Owner of Nova Associates, Braintree, he served as an Air Force Captain and a veteran of the Vietnam War. The beloved husband of Jean M. (Maher), he was the devoted father of Lisa J. Hallisey of Norton, Diane J. Hallisey of Braintree and Michael J. Hallisey and his wife Ashley of Brockton and cherished grandfather of Nicole and Eric Schnabel and Joshua Hallisey. Loving brother of Sr. Barbara Hallisey, CSJ of Framingham. Funeral Mass at St. Clare Church, 1244 Liberty St., Braintree, Friday at 10 AM. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton, Thursday, 4 to 8 PM.
