Charles Adamson passed away at his home on Sunday morning, August 28, 2016. Charles is survived by his wife of fifty-three years, Scotta C. Adamson, his son, Christopher Owen Adamson and daughter, Susan Annette Adamson; sisters Connie Adamson, Carole Groover and brother, Steve Adamson.
He is preceded in death by parents, Lewis and Lois Adamson, and sister, Shawn Howell.
Charles was a long time fleet manager for several transportation companies. During his retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his beloved cats, Tim, Hank, and Bart. He, also, enjoyed sitting on his front porch visiting with his neighbors and friends.
Funeral services will be held at Paulk Funeral Home in Fitzgerald on Saturday, September 3, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. Family viewing will be at 11:00 a.m. till 12:00 noon and visitation will be 12:00 noon till 2:00 p.m.
