Sally-Ann Laboy, 51, of Londonderry, NH passed away in Concord Hospice House on Saturday the 27th of August, after battling brain cancer. She was born in Leicester England, September 21, 1964, a daughter to Joan Ann Harries and James Upton Harrison. Sally came to America at the age of 17 to be a nanny, and continued to be a source of compassion and nurturing long after, as well as starting her own medical billing business called New Leaf Medical billing
Sally is survived by her children, Meghan and Gareth; her husband, Julio; her sisters and brother, Louisa, Mandy and Chris; and many other people she touched the lives of and adopted into her family and friends, including Don, Clare, James, and Aaron.
Following cremation, a calling hour was held on the evening of Wednesday, August 31st from 6 to 7pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. A memorial service followed at 7:00pm in the funeral home. A celebration of life was held Thursday at a private location from 2 to 3 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to defeatgbm.org, an organization dedicated to improving the survival rate and treatment of Glioblastoma patients.
