Pat was preceded in death by her husband, John "Jack" and daughter, Pam. She is survived by children, Tim (Beth), Patty (Phil), Jerry (Sheila), Jackie (Mike), and John (Deb); siblings, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, along with a multitude of family and friends. A special thanks to the staff at Polar Ridge for their exceptional care. The memorial mass will be held at 11:00 AM on WEDNESDAY (8/31) at ST. PETER'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2600 MARGARET ST., NORTH SAINT PAUL. Visitation will be held on TUESDAY FROM 5-8:00 PM AT ST. PETER'S CATHOLIC CHURCH. Private inurnment will be held at a later date.
