Patricia A. (Jolin) Callahan of Groveland died on Monday, August 22, at Winchester Hospital. Born and raised in Medford, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Henry and Alice Mary (Riley) Jolin. Patricia worked for many years as an office manager at Tufts University. She and her husband moved to Groveland 10 years ago.
Patricia was the beloved wife of the late Joseph D. Callahan, and the devoted mother of Joseph D. Callahan Jr. and his loving companion Ramona Black of Winchester. She was the sister of the late Francis Jolin, the late Helene Gleason, and her daughter Paula Noonan of West Roxbury, and is also survived by many more loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Monday, Aug. 29, at 8:30AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High St., Medford, at 9:30AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday, August 28, from 4 through 8PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
