Dorothy J. (Parmenter) Buckley of Marshfield , formerly of Wellesley Hills, and Stoughton died Thursday August 18, 2016.She was the beloved wife of the late William H Buckley.
Born in Newton she was the daughter of the late Carl and Ruth (Cunningham) Parmenter. Mrs. Buckley was Physical Education Teacher for the Town of Framingham for 30 years. She was a former member of the Wellesley Senior Center, Stoughton Senior Center, and longtime member of the Wellesley Hills Congregational Church.
She was the devoted mother of Donna Francis and her husband John of Marshfield, Cynthia Catani of Carver and the late Bonnie Mayer, cherished grandmother of Alison Gazzolo and her husband Karl, William Francis and his wife Jill, Lindsay Mayer, Wendy Catani, Caitlyn Mayer, Hayley Catani. Also survived by 5 great grandchildren and son in-law Warren Mayer.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Tuesday, August 23rd at 10:30 A.M. in the Wellesley Hills Congregational Church, 207 Washington Street, Wellesley Hills, Visitation on Tuesday morning beginning at 9:30 A.M. in the Church prior to the service.
