Theresa F. Russo, 86, of Chelsea, MA, died Saturday August 13, 2016 in the Lighthouse Nursing Care Center in Revere, MA. She was born in Everett, MA on May 9, 1930, and had been a resident of Chelsea for most of her life. Mrs. Russo had been employed for many years for Chelsea Industries in the office. She was well known to be the greeter to any new neighbors. She was an avid animal lover.
She is survived by her many friends and family.
Following cremation, there are no services being scheduled at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01710. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, NH is assisting the family with arrangements.
