Raymond G. Bizier, 85, of Berlin, passed away on Friday August 12, 2016 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born in St. Gedeon, PQ, Canada on January 18, 1931, the son of George and Obeline (St. Pierre) Bizier and moved to Berlin in 1955. Raymond had been a truck driver. He was a member of the Good Shepherd Parish and of the Knights of Columbus, 4th Degree. An avid snowmobiler, he was a member of the White Mountain Ridge Runners.
Family includes his wife of 59 years, Gemma Y. (Daillare) Bizier of Berlin, NH; daughter Linda Bizier Pivin of Berlin, NH; sons Richard Bizier of Acton, MA and Claude Bizier of Barrington, NH; 3 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday August 20, 2016 at 10:00 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. Interment will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
