Betty Ann (Stettenbenz) Duggins 81, passed away Saturday August 13, 2016 at Masonic Home of Louisville. She is preceded in death by her loving husband William Duggins .Survivors include her children, Debbie Duggins, Sharon Houston, Pam Leonard (Jody), Bill Duggins and Chuck Duggins. Grandchildren, Sean Stepp (Jamie), Eddie Hall, Ashley Wheeler (Chad), Elliott and Cara Duggins. Great-granddaughters, Savannah and Mackenzie Stepp and Samara Hall.
Her funeral service will be 12 pm Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy, with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday and after 9 am Wednesday until service.
