Obituary

Nancy Jeanne Currell passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at home in Bridgewater, Ma. On Aug 7, 2016.
Jeanne was born in Morristown, New Jersey on March 15 1958 to James Beals and Nancy Lee (Baker) Currell.
Growing up in Moorestown, NJ she was the third of six children. She became deaf at the age of 2 after an illness with meningitis.
Jeanne attended the Clarke School for the deaf in Northampton, Mass and graduating in 1974 , then Moorestown High School in 1977.
She then went on to the National Technical Institute for the Deaf in Rochester, NY at R I T . She graduated with an Associates degree in 1980 through the school of Visual communications and Art Careers..
Jeanne’s Career interests included work in the film developing industry , work in photography, dye transfer. Jeanne had a true eye and talent for art. She excelled with photography and developed many of her own prints.
She was a gifted artist painting oils and watercolors. She was an avid quilter and her quilts were known for their beauty and creative design. She gifted many of these works to her family and friends and they were treasured keepsakes to many.
Jeanne is survived by her mother Nancy of Melvin Village NH , fiancé Joe D’Agostino, sister Cynthia Lee Currell Grigel and Brother in Law James Grigel of Thetford, Vermont, sister Lauren Currell of Lake Worth, Fla. brother James B. Currell of Holderness, NH, sister Tracey Currell Hart of Melvin Village NH ,and sister Suzanne Currell of Philadelphia PA.
She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be held in the Melvin Village Community Church, 476 Gov. Wentworth Highway on Saturday, August 13th at 11AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment Townhouse Cemetery, Tuftonboro.
We are heartbroken and bereft at her untimely passing and miss her beautiful smile.
