Manville -- Pauline T. (Laprade) Riel ,76, went to be with her maker, on Sunday Aug. 7, 2016 at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was the wife of Roger Riel , they were married for over 54 years.
Pauline was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Joseph and Florence (Savoie) Laprade.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Riel was a lifelong resident of Lincoln, and a parishioner of St. Matthew Church.
Besides her husband she is survived by a son Russell Riel of Cumberland, 3 daughters Linda Arcand of Harrisville, Sandra Wall of Lincoln, and Donna Francisco of Lincoln.
Mrs. Riel was the grandmother of 10, and the great grandmother of 3, she is also survived by 3 nieces and 4 nephews.
She was the sister of the late Jeannette Daigle.
Her funeral will be held Thursday Aug. 11, 2016 at 9:00am from the MENARD - LACOUTURE Funeral Home, 71 Central Street, Manville, followed b y a mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St. James Church, 33 Division St. Manville, burial will follow in St. James Cemetery.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
