Devoted father of Myla Lovley-Murray of Barre, MA; John Shepherd of Orange, MA; Faye Miscavage of Gardner; Leeann Shepherd of Providence, RI. Sister of Doris Schofield of Dedham. Also survived by 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Retired custodian at the Dedham Police Dept. for 36 years.
Visiting hours at the George F. Doherty & Sons, Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St. Dedham, Tuesday August 9, from 4-8pm followed by a funeral service in the funeral home on Tuesday evening at 8pm.
