91, of Louisville, passed away on Friday August 5th, 2016. She was a Machine Operator for Pillsbury, and a lifetime member of the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Paul Goode and Clinton Lamb; her parents, James and Blondina Luttrell; one brother, Billy Luttrell; and one sister, Martha Caudil.
She is survived by her son, Melvin Self; step-children, Roberta Prather and Ronald Goode; one grandson, David Self; one step grandchild, Carol; one great-grandchild, Averie Self; and one brother, Dickie Luttrell.
Visitation will be Sunday August 7th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown 9318 Taylorsville Rd. Funeral service will be Noon Monday August 8th at the funeral home, with entombment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
