Obituary

William P. Pope IV “Billy”, 20 of Windham, NH died Saturday July 30, 2016 at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Billy was born in Brockton, MA on September 14, 1995, a son of William P. Pope III and Denise M. (Tucciarone) Pope. He had resided in Windham for the past 9 years, formerly of Raynham, MA. He was a graduate of Windham High School Class of 2014 where he had been a member of the swim team and studied construction trades. Billy enjoyed playing youth baseball and soccer. He especially enjoyed the outdoors, riding his many bicycles, playing video games and time spent with his family at Lake Winnipesaukee. He was a communicant of St. Matthew’s Church in Windham.

In addition to his parents of Windham, he is survived by three sisters, Elisabeth, Meghan and Alexandra Pope all of Windham, his grandparents, Richard Tucciarone and his wife Ronna of Brockton, Stanton Ekdahl and his wife June of Goffstown, NH, Ann Pope of Brockton, and William Pope and his wife Deborah of Braintree, MA, his great-grandmother, Dorothy Pope of Stoughton, MA, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Billy was predeceased by his grandmother, Lucille Tucciarone.

Calling hours were held on Thursday August 4, 2016 from 4 – 8pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday at 10:00am in St. Matthews Church, Searles Rd., Windham. Burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Manchester.
